With over 20 years experience in the services sector spanning Hospitality, Aviation and Business Process Outsourcing, Ajit is well placed to help skill Maatra as it strives to deliver solutions across different domains even as it grows into new geographies and businesses.
Ajits’ vision is to make the Mudra group the ‘employer of choice’ for the country’s best talent. Mudra recently won the prestigious award for ‘continuous Innovation in HR Strategy at work’ at the world HR Congress.
Ajit is a bachelor of physics from Calicut University and a Masters in Business Management from Washington University. |
