Head: Operations Localization

As the Operation Head, he will be responsible for the development of strategic direction for the operations to maintain a high volume, dynamic and rapidly changing 24/7 customer centred activities.

He has about 18 years of experience in various administrative and people management fields. Previous assignments have included stints at Applied Languages and the IDRC. Ashok brings his vast experience to Maatra to maintain an exceptional customer experience.
